Is Winter Over Yet?

The constant unloading of ships and trucks coming in to haul the salt still continues. I was by there today and caught lots of good trucks, DSM, IEV, and more. Here is a shot I took passing along Richmond Terrace of the only part of the fence that is not covered with the tarp type of thing that they have over the rest of the place. I wish that there was a place to pull over so I can get some pictures of them throwing the salt, like you see in this picture. All the pictures today can be seen here.
