This pair of Mack Superliner's showed up at the Macungie, PA antique Mack show back in June. These trucks sure caught everyone's attention paired up at the main gate. The fact that they were parked right next to each other made it for awesome pictures, I took a bunch of shots, but this one is probably my favorite, and with the added b/w, I think it looks pretty cool!

We took a ride down near Atlantic Salt on Saturday (Feb 8th) since the ship had come in the night before and was unloading. Even though it was a Saturday, tons of trucks still came in to get loaded and deliver the salt..Usually we just drive around and pull over to a spot and get some pictures from the car but we seen that there were a lot of trucks waiting to be loaded, so I went onto the sidewalk up to the fence to snap some shots, didn't stay for long, got my pictures and left, this isn't really a neighborhood to be standing around with a big expensive camera. If your from the area you'll know haha. I took this shot just really to upload it to Facebook but I decided to edit it and put it on today's blog post. You can see the Manhattan skyline in the top-right, and One World Trade Center, towering over everything..
After our visit with Cranes INC. in Maspeth, we were going to head back onto the BQE but the way which we left the yard, led us from Grand ave to Metropolitan ave..I knew there was a heavy amount of truck traffic here because a lot of companies have their plants/ yards in the area, but there was more than I expected, everywhere I looked I seen something worth taking a picture of. I took some shots of the stuff we seen, including this, Empire Transit Mix's Mack Granite with a tri axle bucket hooked on the back. We pulled over at the only spot we could find, to get him passing.
Although the city always has something to see as for trucks and equipment, there are always going to be obstacles in the picture, either people, or poles/signs in front of it. Here is a perfect example of what I am talking about, luckily, when we moved forward, there was no one crossing the street and I was able to get a clean shot of it.
